17%

With approximately 17% of Canadians grappling with mental health challenges and one in every two experiencing mental illness by age 40, we're on a mission to revolutionize Canadian mental health care. Our approach is dynamic and action-oriented, offering accessible, affordable, immediate, and integrated services to address these pressing needs head-on.

1/2

Despite these staggering statistics, only about half of Canadians experiencing mental health challenges receive potentially adequate care, with standard therapy wait times ranging from six months to a year.

We're committed to rewriting these numbers.

We champion a neurodiverse-affirming, safe, attuned, and anti-oppressive care model. Through our innovative strategies and unwavering commitment to excellence, we aim to enhance mental health outcomes and ignite a societal shift towards greater inclusivity and understanding.
